Mr. McIntyre is a paralegal with significant IP litigation experience. He has supported over a dozen litigation teams in several jurisdictions, including the Eastern District of Texas, the Northern District of California, the Central District of California, the District of Delaware, and the United States International Trade Commission. While familiar with all aspects of litigation, Mr. McIntyre's primary focus is the large-scale collection and management of electronic data. Relying on both his extensive discovery experience and close working relationship with several local and national litigation support vendors, Mr. McIntyre ensures that collected data is properly and cost-effectively transferred into an electronically manageable format. Serving as a liaison between the litigation team and processed data, Mr. McIntyre subsequently coordinates first and second attorney review, document production, and privilege log creation.
